Work Description:
DUTIES: In the environment of engineering plastics compounding, my role was to manage plant wide quality system as per ISO9000 (1 coordinator reporting), QA/QC laboratory function (6 technician reporting), technology, technology, color matching and mixing (1 Color Specialist reporting), UL compliance, EHS (Chemical Management), Duties include new product introduction and translation, new material evaluation, audits, customer complaint and product returns management, document control, management safety audit, HIRA, training and development.

ACCOMPLISHMENT: Reduced customer complaint by 50% ytd. Global Star Safety Award.

REASON FOR LEAVING: Pursue a higher managerial position with a dynamic organization.
