DUTIES:
In the environment of plastic shrink film extrusion, my role was to manage the laboratory function (1 technician reporting), process engineering (2 engineers reporting), production quality, plant quality system, customer technical service, R&D liason.

Duties include new product development, new material evaluation, customer complaint and product returns management, document control, internal quality, systems project management, continuous improvement projects, equipment commissioning, process improvement, management safety audit, HIRA, supplier evaluation, training and development, Product Facility & Sanitation audit. Sales personnel basic film training.

ACCOMPLISHMENT:
Project leader for ISO9002 compliance, Y2K compliance, QPulse Record Management System, Production Control System, New line commissioning, New product introduction, Silver Award Keys to Success 2003, Pahang Chief Minister Quality Award 2005
